Hi, my name is Miriam and I am a slimy.
Until recently I believed myself to be a furry. I was all into the charasmatice megafauna thing. But then at the beach one day I stumbled across a small, blue squishy animal in the sand and realised I had only been in denial.
I am a glaucus atlanticus (sea lizard)- a small nudibranch which is blue and silver and floats on top of the ocean.
I'm very sorry dwa20, but I feed upon your species. Well, not just your species, I like all colonial floating cnidarians. And I don't kill you or anything, just chew on you a little. And I must say, your stinging cells are my absolute favourite! I like to eat them and use them for my own defense.
Nevertheless, I'm sure we can be friends.

To see some very pretty picture of myself and other sea slimes, check out:

That is just about the coolest thing I have ever seen. Nudibranchs are often very flamboyant and brightly coloured, but I've never seen this one... cool!
